Custom Products

Blinds Unlimited sells only custom made window treatments.  Each product is custom manufactured based on exact specifications of the opening for which it was measured.  Once an order is placed with the manufacturer, fabric and hardware supplier, and workroom there is no refund.

Warranty

Blinds Unlimited supports the warranty on all the products we sell.

The majority of the manufactured products we sell are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product provided such products were properly installed in residential dwellings and such products and materials were made or assembled exclusively from the manufacturer’s materials and components.  The warranty does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear.
Most manufacturers cover only the product itself and the installers time is not included

Some products are warranted for a limited time.  Please ask your Blinds Unlimited sales consultant for the warranty details on any specific products in which you are interested.
